Introduction
I'm seeking what conventional theists have that agnostics/humanists/
pantheists (so far) lack: a community of like-minded people to share in the great joy and wonderful energy of a universe perceived as holy!
What kind of things would you like to do with other Pantheists instead of talking?
Well, not INSTEAD of, but in addition to talking: going to Botanical Gardens; hiking in Fort Tryon (or other) parks; visiting the Planetarium; and any other activities that instill reverence for the beauty I sometimes fail to appreciate alone.
What are some of your favorite things to do in the city that keeps you connected to your source and your ground of being?
In warm weather, basking in the sun; in cold weather, going out in a fresh snowfall; in all weathers, watching trees -- and the colors of the sky -- as they track the seasons. And finding unexpected beauty in various man-made cityscapes.
